Qasas Al-Anbiya: Prophet Enoch عَلَيْهِ ٱلصَّلَاةُ وَٱلسَّلَامُ -
In the blessed name of Allah the Almighty who is well acquainted with the inner and outer -
May Allah's Almighty blessings be upon dear readers. The team Nizam Al-Alam warmly welcomes you. I am Your Host, Zulqarnayn Muhammad Sulayman and now you are atde Nizam Al-Alam. Let's start reading it by reciting Durood on our beloved Imam Al-Anbiya ﷺ. Allah the Almighty bestows his blessings and mercy on the reciter 10 times.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسْلِيمًا
May Allah's Almighty peace and blessings be upon Prophet Hadrat Idris -
From the Qasas Al-Anbiya series, our topic today is based on the blessed life of Prophet Enoch and the upcoming article will be based on Prophet Enoch's (Akhnoukh) PBUH life.
Prophet Idris's (Peace be upon him) personal and real name is Enoch but because Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) frequently used to preach Tawhid to his Ummah. That's why he was later called Idris. Surely, Maybe you too must have known Prophet Idris by his Title till today. Prophet Enoch's (Peace be upon him) Genealogy is Enoch son of Jared son of Mahalalel son of Kenan son of Enos son of Seth son of Adam (Peace and Blessings be upon them).
Prophet Enoch is the first messenger of Allah. Allah bestows 30 Scrolls on Prophet Enoch (Peace be upon him). First of all, Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) introduced astrology to the world. Since Hadrat Enoch is the Messenger of Allah, Allah had taught him this knowledge as a miracle to him. First of all, the prophet Idris invented the pen. And you are the one who taught people to use the pen.
Therefore, there is no doubt that the basis of every modern invention has been given to the world by the Prophets of Allah & Islam but the infidels have named these after themselves. As an example, Ali Al-Murtada gave instructions to generate electricity. The wave of Sound travels through the air. This concept was first given by Hadrat Omar Al-Farouq Ibn Al-Khattab and Imam Zayn Al-Abidin.
The prophet Idris (Peace be upon him)wore the first sewn clothes which he has sewn himself. Before that people used to wear unstitched clothes which were made of leather. Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) was the first tailor. The scales for metering were also invented by Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him). Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) also invented Inch tape to measure garments.
It was Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) who taught the people how to make and use weapons such as swords, knives and so on. Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) was very handsome and tall in height. The Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) raised the banner of Jihad against the infidels. Allah granted Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) the rule over his Ummah. The Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) and Izrail were friends with each other.
Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) was popular among the angels. One day Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said to the angels I wanna see Hell with my own eyes. So the angel took him on a journey to hell. Then Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said to the angel, "I want to walk through Hell." Therefore, Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) walked through Hell. Then Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said to the angel of death: I want you to seize my soul so that I may taste death.
Therefore, the soul of Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) was seized and then the soul was breathed into his body, as he wished. Then the Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said to the Angel Jibreel: I wanna travel to the heavens. Therefore, while traveling through the heavens, Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) reached the entrance of Paradise. So the Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said to Jibreel, I wanna go to Paradise.
Therefore, Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) entered Paradise. Then Jibreel asked Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) that now is the time to return to the Earth. Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said, "I do not want to return now." Jibreel replied you are alive. How can you live in paradise? Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) said: I have tasted death before going to heaven according to the divine command.
And once you enter Paradise, you will not be expelled from Paradise again. So, now I will not come out of Paradise. Therefore, the Angel Jibreel mentioned this matter to Allah, the Almighty. So Allah said to let him stay there. So, Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) has been taken to the heavens alive. Prophet Idris (Peace be upon him) met the Prophet (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him and his children) in the 4th heaven on the night of Ascension.
